HPCC Matching Program HPCC runs many secular programs for education,cultural and "food for life" program which are open to all communities irrespective of race, national origin or religion. Secular Program Mission Statement: Establish centers for cultural activities; conduct educational programs (yoga, music and language) for children and adults; to promote friendship and goodwill among all people; providing social services to families and individuals in need; and counseling therapy on a non-profit basis Physically disabled and disadvantaged persons are to be provided with other possible assistance as required to live with dignity. Matching funds help run the "Food for Life" program in which pure vegetarian meals are prepared by volunteers The "Food for Life" program is open to all. Kitchen supplies are either food donations or cash donations and HPCC volunteers purchase ingredients to prepare vegan meals. They generously donate raw food to local food banks for the local community. Second, we will use matching funds to continue to run education,cultural programs meditation yoga, music etcfor community members. Various cultural programs for the local community to promote Indian art and culture in the HPCC area like festival of colors (Holi), festival of light (Deepavali), many secular programs by celebrating Vijaya Dashami (Dushera) celebrating the victory of good over evil Running. The HPCCCC will monitor matching funds provided to ensure that they are used only for secular educational cultural charitable programs.
